Tamara and her husband, Sergei, pastored the only church in their city in Tajikistan that was home to 126 mosques.
When a delegation of Muslim women came to visit, they confronted Tamara and warned her that it was dangerous for her to stay. Yet Tamara boldly answered, “When God opens a door, only he can close it.”
