In case you are experiencing problems purchasing a membership we highly recommend to check the following :
 
- Double check with your bank that your card does not have any overseas or online payments restrictions.
- Check there are enough funds available.
- Make sure you read and complete every step in the payment process correctly.

If you are still having problems please check all other payment methods we support on our site like : credit card, prepaid card, gift card, paysafecard or cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin.

1) Prepaid credit cards : 
You can buy a prepaid card with a VISA or Mastercard logo which can be found in stores such as Walmart, 7eleven. Make sure the card doesn't have any limitations, some prepaid/gift cards are limited to offline purchases or some cards do not allow purchases from overseas companies.

2) Major Brand Gift Cards : 
Alternatively you can also pay with gift cards on our website if you live in United States or United Kingdom by clicking on the 'Major Brand Gift Cards' tab on the upgrade page and simply fill in the card number on your gift card. 
Most popular gift card brands are accepted such as Starbucks, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Home Depot and many others. 
These gift cards can be purchased in their store or simply online using your credit card / PayPal for example at :
