Dear Member,
Thank you for your email regarding your  OurTime.com profile and greetings. This rapid reply email contains answers to our members' most frequently asked questions on this topic. If the following information does not answer your particular question, please reply directly to this email for individualized assistance. 

In order for your photo and greetings to be approved and become visible, they must meet the following guidelines:
  1. No contact information may be displayed in the title of your photo (i.e. email address, phone numbers, etc.).
  2. No inappropriate content ( i.e. nudity, hand gestures, etc.).
  3. No advertisements in your photo title or photo (i.e. business names, website links, etc.).
  4. No references to membership status posted in your title.
Please keep in mind that your main photo must be a clear image of you. You can use your photo album to express yourself and your interests by including photos of your pets, hobbies, vacations, etc.

We have several ways for you to upload a photo to your profile:
  1. Uploading photos to your profile.
  2. Importing photos from Facebook.
  3. Emailing photos to OurTime.com.
Uploading Photos to Your Profile
  1. Review the photo guidelines provided above to ensure the photos you submit will be approved and posted.
  2. Click on Home (house icon) located at the top of your screen.
  3. In the My Profile section, click "Edit."
  4. Click Upload a Photo.
  5. Click the Browse button to choose the photo from your computer.
  6. Once you've chosen the photo, click Open.
  7. Click the Upload button.
Importing Photos from Facebook
  1. Review the photo guidelines provided above to ensure the photos you submit will be approved and posted.
  2. Click on Home (house icon) located at the top of your screen.
  3. In the My Profile section, click "Edit."
  4. Click Upload a Photo.
  5. Click the Import from Facebook button and log in to your Facebook account.
  6. Select the album and click the photo(s) you wish to import. To remove a selected photo, click it again and the border will disappear. Click "Back to albums" to add photos from a different album.
  7. Once you have made all your selections, click Import Photos.
Emailing Photos to OurTime.com

Simply include both your username and your photo files as email attachments and send them to: pictures@OurTime.com from the email address registered to your account.

Please Note:
It may take a maximum of 72 hours from the time we receive your photos to have them posted to your profile.
 
If you would like to edit or delete any of your photos, you can follow these simple steps:
  1. Click on Home located at the top of your screen.
  2. In the My Profile section, click "Edit."
  3.  Click the Photos tab.
  4.  You will be able to see your posted photos.
  5.  Click on the "Delete photo" link below the photo.
  6.  Click Yes to complete the deletion process.
To edit your greeting, simply follow these steps:
  1. Review the greeting guidelines provided above to ensure the greetings you submit will be approved and posted.
  2. Click on Home located at the top of your screen.
  3. In the My Profile section, click "Edit."
  4. Scroll down the page to the "A little about me..." heading.
  5. Click in the textbox to enter your greeting or edit the text that's already there.
  6. When you are done, click the Save button to submit your changes.
