To Change your Email Address

To change your email address, click on your username in the top-right corner of your screen and select My Account. There you will see your email address displayed under Private Info. Click the Edit button and follow the instructions to change your email address. Don't forget to click the Save button when you're done.

To Change Your Password

To change your password, click on your username in the top-right corner of your screen and select My Account. There you will see your password displayed as asterisks (*). Click the Edit button and follow the instructions to change your password. Don't forget to click the Save button when you're done.

To Change Your Location

Click on your username in the top-right corner of your screen and select My Account. There you will see your location displayed under Location Info. Click the Edit button and select your new location using the drop-down menu provided. Don't forget to click the Save button when you're done.

To View Your Payment History

To View Payment History, follow these simple steps:
  1. Click on your username in the top-right corner of your screen and select My Account.
  2. Click on "View Account Status" under Account Status.
  3. Transaction History lists your previous payments.
To Change Your Payment Type

To change your payment type, follow these simple steps:
  1. Click on your username in the top-right corner of your screen and select My Account.
  2. Click the Edit button next to Account Status.
  3. Under Account Status, click "Change" located next to your current payment type.
  4. From the drop-down menu provided, select Credit Card or E-check.
  5. Enter the appropriate information for your choice.
  6. Click the Change Payment Method button.
